Request for Qualifications for Township Planner for 2026

Alexandria Township is seeking qualifications for the position of Township Planner for the calendar year 2026. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process is being conducted in a fair and open manner, exempt from public bidding, to identify qualified service providers based on merit. Submissions must detail how proposers meet the minimum qualifications, including experience and knowledge in municipal planning, the MLUL, Affordable Housing, Master Plans, and Redevelopment Planning. Proposers must be licensed Professional Planners in New Jersey with at least eight years of experience. Submissions are due by Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 11:00 AM, and must include one electronic copy on a USB drive (PDF format) and six hard copies, sent to the Township Clerk.
