Application form

This document is an application form for the Borough of Audubon Park's "Do Not Knock" Registry. Residents can use this form to register their address to prevent door-to-door sales by licensed solicitors. The registry is maintained by the Borough Clerk and is updated periodically, with the list provided to all licensees operating under Ordinance #2019-01. It is important to note that registration on this list does not prohibit door-to-door solicitation by non-profit, charitable, religious, or political organizations.
