Replacement of the Municipal Building Roof

The Borough of Audubon Park is soliciting sealed bids for the "Replacement of the Municipal Building Roof". Bidders must comply with New Jersey public contract laws and regulations, including the Public Works Contractor Registration Act and Business Registration Certificate requirements. Construction plans, specifications, and bid forms are available from the Borough Engineer, Key Engineers, Inc., with a non-refundable fee for hard copies. All inquiries regarding the project scope must be submitted in writing to the Borough Engineer. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check for at least ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, not exceeding $20,000.00 nor less than $500.00, and a Consent of Surety. The Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
