(Americans with Disabilities Act), and N.J.S.A 40A:11-16 "Designated Subcontractors", P.L.2004, c. 57 (Business Registration) and N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25, et seq. (Prevailing Wage), and all other laws and regulations that apply to bidding and the performance of the proposed contract.

2021 Revaluation Service RFP
or picked up at the Administrator’s office during regular business hours 8:30AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 (P.L. 1975, Chapter 127) and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. and with N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 (P.L. 1977, Chapter 33), requiring stockholder’s and partnership names.
