Certification of Non-Involvement in Prohibited Activities in Russia or Belarus

This document is a mandatory certification form, designated as Exhibit G, for vendors participating in the Lottery RFP 2023. It requires bidders to certify their non-involvement in prohibited activities in Russia or Belarus, as defined by P.L.2022, c.3. Vendors must either attest that they are not engaged in such activities or provide a detailed description of any involvement. Failure to provide this certification or submitting a willfully false statement can lead to severe consequences, including the bid being rendered non-responsive, contract termination, and the assessment of appropriate penalties, fines, and sanctions. If a bidder is found to be engaged in prohibited activities, they are granted 90 days to cease these activities and provide an updated certification; otherwise, the State will not award contracts, renew existing ones, or will terminate any contracts issued after the effective date of P.L.2022, c.3.
