Additionally, proposers must be experienced in the preparation of grant applications and are required to provide a list of past and present municipalities where they have served as a planning consultant. Comprehensive insurance coverage is also mandated, including Worker's Compensation, General Liability with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, Automotive Liability with similar limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, and Professional Liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence, which must be claims-based. Certificates of all required insurance must name the City as an additional insured.
Sealed responses, consisting of one original and three copies, must be submitted to the City of Bayonne Law Department, Room 15, located at 630 Avenue C, Bayonne, New Jersey 07002. The firm deadline for submissions is December 9, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time. Required submission documents include the Standardized Professional/Consulting/Extraordinary Unspecifiable Service RFQ/RFP SUBMISSION FORMS, a signed and notarized Non-Collusion Affidavit, a signed Disclosure of Ownership form, a Professional/Consulting/Extraordinary Unspecifiable Service Entity Information Form, a current NJ Business Registration Certificate, a State of NJ Certificate of Good Standing, and a Disclosure of Investment Activities in Iran Form. A detailed cost proposal or fee schedule must also be provided. All proposals will be publicly opened on December 9, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. prevailing time, at the Dorothy E. Harrington Municipal Council Chambers.
