Crucially, respondents must demonstrate familiarity with New Jersey and applicable federal law across several practice areas, including criminal defense, tort (personal injury), contract, workers' compensation, administrative law, labor and employment law, administrative disciplinary matters, bankruptcy, civil rights litigation, and general municipal law.
