Crucially, respondents must demonstrate extensive familiarity with all aspects of redevelopment, municipal land use law, and real estate law, encompassing areas such as Fair Housing Act, COAH, affordable housing issues, eminent domain, and complex redevelopment and real estate transactions. Mandatory insurance coverages include Worker’s Compensation, General Liability with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate for bodily injury and property damage, Automotive Liability with $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, and Professional Liability Insurance with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence. Certificates of Insurance must name the City of Bayonne as an additional insured. Sealed proposals/responses must be physically delivered to the City Law Department, located at 630 Avenue C, 1st Floor, Room 15, Bayonne, New Jersey 07002, no later than December 11, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time.
