THIS IS NOT A BID & NO BIDS WILL BE AWARDED.  This is a request for a price quote that can be 
used for the entire year.

This quote is for hourly non-prevailing labor wage to replace pavers as needed at various buildings and 
grounds in the Borough of Beach Haven.  Price should include cost per square foot for excavating, 
supply and install base material and bedding sand, cut and reset pavers as necessary.  Typical area is 
generally 36 square feet.  
• 
Job should be completed within one month of notification.  
• 
The Borough may use quotes from more than one company throughout the year. 
• 
Quote should be valid until 12.31.2026 
• 
Quote may be extended until 12.31.2027 if both the Borough and the vendor are in agreement of an 
extension. 
• 
Quotes must be faxed to the Public Work’s Office at 609-492-3270 or emailed to 
mhennessy@beachhaven-nj.gov 
• 
Vendor must have a W9 form attached or on file with the Borough of Beach Haven. 
• 
Vendor must have a N.J. Business Registration Certificate attached or on file with the Borough of 
Beach Haven. 
• 
This contract may be subject to Prevailing Wage Act (NJSA 34:11-56.250 et seq.) 
• 
This contract may be subject to Pay to Play laws (NJSA 19:44-20)
