THIS IS NOT A BID & NO BIDS WILL BE AWARDED.  This is a request for a price quote that can be 
used for the entire year.   
• 
This quote is for removal and disposal of construction debris and trash container price per ton for 10, 
20 and 30 yarders in the Borough of Beach Haven. 
• 
Quote should contain the fees for construction debris and trash container.   
• 
Services should include a 10-yard and a 20-yard asphalt/concrete container.  No trash will be 
permitted in these containers.  
• 
This quote will also include transport to the Southern Recycling Center of three 30-yard roll off 
containers weekly.  Two containers will be cardboard and one for brush.  During the summer season, 
April through September 2-3 containers will be transported once per week.  During the off-season 
September through April 2-3 containers will be transported once per month.   
• 
The Borough may use quotes from more than one company throughout the year. 
• 
Quote should be valid until 12.31.2026 
• 
Quote may be extended until 12.31.2027 if both the Borough and the vendor are in agreement. 
• 
Quotes must be faxed or emailed to the Public Works Office at 609-492-3270 or

•
