Well Meter Testing & Calibration Services 2026

The Borough of Beach Haven is soliciting yearly price quotes for Well Meter Testing & Calibration Services for wells 9, 10, and 11 for the year 2026. This is explicitly a request for quotes and not a formal bid process, meaning no bids will be awarded, but quotes will be utilized throughout the year. The required services include providing a trained technician and necessary equipment to perform well meter certification tests, flowmeter testing, and calibration, along with certification of calibration to meet DEP requirements. Vendors must have a W9 form and an N.J. Business Registration Certificate on file with the Borough. Quotes should remain valid until December 31, 2026, with a possibility of extension through December 31, 2027, by mutual agreement.
