Various Road and Park Improvement Projects

The Township of Bedminster is soliciting sealed bids for several road and park improvement projects. These projects include: 1. **Autumn Ridge Road, Drummers Log Lane, Kestrel Lane, and Gatehouse Road Road Improvements**: This project involves milling, resurfacing, and reconstruction of specified roads, along with ADA curb ramp and sidewalk improvements, drainage upgrades, and traffic striping. The work must be completed within 60 calendar days of notice to proceed. 2. **Crossroads Park Project (Re-Bid and Original Bid)**: These solicitations involve the construction of the Crossroads Park, including a concrete patio, sitting walls, pergola, paved drive access and parking, stormwater raingarden, electrical service and lighting, signage, and bicycle rack. Alternate bids cover sidewalk replacements and additional lighting. The original contract completion was intended by June 27, 2026, and the re-bid by July 18, 2026. 3. **Burnt Mills Dog Park Project (Re-Bid and Original Bid)**: These projects focus on asphalt sidewalk construction and the installation of chain-link fencing and gates for the Burnt Mills Dog Park. The work is to be completed within 30 days of notice to proceed. All bids require a bid bond of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, not to exceed $20,000.00, and a performance and payment bond of 100 percent of the accepted bid amount. Bidders must comply with equal employment opportunity requirements and prevailing wage laws. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
