Bedminster Township Fall Fest Exhibitor and Sponsor Opportunities

The Township of Bedminster is seeking sponsors and exhibitors for its annual Fall Fest Community Day. This outdoor event will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025, with a rain date of Sunday, October 12, 2025, at River Road Park. The festival is expected to attract over 5,000 residents of all ages and will feature live music, entertainment, various activities, exhibitor displays, and contests. Sponsorship opportunities range from Neighborhood Sponsor ($100) to Event Sponsor ($3,000), offering different levels of advertising and recognition. Exhibitors can secure a 10' x 12' space for $100. Both sponsor and exhibitor registration deadlines are Friday, August 29, 2025. Participants must provide a Certificate of Insurance with at least $1,000,000 in liability coverage, naming the Township of Bedminster as additionally insured.
