Notice to Bidders - Crossroads Park (Rebid)

The Township of Bedminster is seeking sealed bids for the Crossroads Park (Re-Bid) project, located on Lot 14, Block 57 in Somerset County, New Jersey. The project involves the installation of a scored concrete patio, sitting walls, piers, walk access, site sign posts, pergola, paved drive access and parking area, striping, stormwater raingarden, electrical service and lighting, signage, and a bicycle rack. The work must be completed within ninety (90) calendar days of notice to proceed, with substantial completion by July 18, 2026. Bids are due on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Bedminster Municipal Building.
