Bids must be submitted on the prescribed forms, accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit and an ownership statement compliance form. A mandatory bid security, consisting of a Consent of Surety and a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond, not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount and not exceeding $20,000.00, must be made payable to the Owner. The successful bidder will be required to provide a 100% performance and payment bond and furnish all required policies or Certificates of Insurance. Sealed bids will be received by the Township of Bedminster at 1 Miller Lane, Municipal Building, Bedminster, NJ 07921, until February 24, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time, at which point they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
