Various Public Works Projects

The Township of Bedminster is soliciting bids for multiple public works projects. These include road improvements on Autumn Ridge Road, Drummers Log Lane, Kestrel Lane, and Gatehouse Road, which involve milling, resurfacing, reconstruction, ADA curb ramp and sidewalk improvements, and drainage upgrades. Additionally, there are projects for the construction and renovation of the Crossroads Park, including a concrete patio, sitting walls, pergola, parking area, and stormwater management features. The Burnt Mills Dog Park project involves asphalt sidewalk construction and chain-link fence installation. Bidders are required to submit sealed bids along with a consent of surety and a bid bond of not less than ten percent of the bid amount. The successful bidder will need to provide a performance and payment bond of 100 percent of the accepted bid amount. Submission deadlines vary by project, with the latest being June 4, 2026, for the road improvements.
