Current Bid Documents

Bernards Township is announcing various bid opportunities and providing instructions for potential bidders. Bid documents can be downloaded from the township website (www.bernards.org) under Department-Purchasing-Current Bids. Bidders are responsible for ensuring they have downloaded complete bid packages and are aware that the Township is not responsible for incomplete submissions due to technical issues or failure to receive all documents. Bids can be submitted in person, by mail, or via courier service. Preliminary bid results and official award information will be posted on the township website. The Township is also implementing a RAVE Mobile Safety Communications System for public alerts.
