Contract Awards

The Borough of Bloomingdale awarded multiple professional service contracts without competitive bidding, as authorized by N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a). These contracts cover a range of services, including website services, landscape and fertilization, engineering, legal counsel, auditing, risk management, grant research, IT support, elevator maintenance, codification, recycling, affordable housing, land surveying, continuing disclosure, municipal advisory, and social media archiving. All contracts are for the period of January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
