All successful vendors must comply with all applicable New Jersey purchasing statutes as follows: Business Registration Certificate (BRC); W-9 Forms; AA302 Form - Affirmative Action Laws – N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, N.J.A.C. 17:27 The Town of Boonton reserves the right to award this quote excluding the indicated option or at its discretion to not award any quote as received. This bid has been advertised in accordance with the “Fair and Open Basis” and nothing further shall be required under the Pay-to-Play Legislation (N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.7).
