Legal Notice to Bidders
Notice is hereby given by the Town of Boonton that sealed bids will be received by the Town
Administrator on March 25, 2026 10:30 am prevailing time in Town Hall, 100 Washington Street,
Boonton, N.J. 07005 at which time and place the sealed bids will be opened publicly and read for
the following:
Bid# 03-2026 WATER TREATMENT CHEMICAL PROCUREMENT #2
Obtaining Bid Document:
•  Contract documents may be obtained only from the Qualified Purchasing Agent

Submission of Bid:
All bids must be submitted on the bid proposal forms approved and provided for by the bid
specifications in order to be considered. Bid proposals must be accompanied by a certified check,
cashier's check, or bind bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid,
but not in excess of twenty thousand ($20,000) dollars, and made payable to the Town of Boonton.
Bidder Requirements:
Bidder must comply with the requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et seq., and NJAC 17:27. Other
requirements as well as those described above are fully detailed in the bid document.

This bid has been advertised in accordance with the "Fair and Open Basis " and nothing further
