Notice is hereby given by the Town of Boonton that Request for proposal (RFP) for the Economic
Feasibility & Impact Study for the Renovation of the Darress Theatre will be received by the Town
of Boonton no later than May 31, 2024 at 10:30am prevailing time in the Municipal Building, 100
Washington Street, Boonton, N.J. 07005 at which time and place the sealed proposals will be
received for the following:

Economic Feasibility & Impact Study for the Renovation of the Darress Theatre

The Town of Boonton reserves the right to award this quote excluding the indicated option or at its
discretion to not award any quote as received. This RFP has been advertised in accordance with the
"Fair and Open Basis" and nothing further shall be required under the Pay-to-Play Legislation
(N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.7).
