Municipal Code

This document primarily consists of the Municipal Code for the Borough of Butler, New Jersey. It details various ordinances and regulations governing administrative, general, and Board of Health matters within the borough. These codes cover a wide range of topics, including but not limited to administrative procedures, alcohol sales and consumption, animal control, building construction, cable television franchises, cannabis, fees for services, fire prevention, flood damage prevention, property maintenance, special sales events, taxation, vehicle traffic, water utilities, and zoning.
