Professional Services Request for Qualifications/Proposals

The Borough of Carteret, New Jersey, is soliciting Requests for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ/P) for a comprehensive suite of "Professional Services" to serve the municipality and its various agencies, boards, commissions, and affiliated non-profit corporations throughout the 2026 calendar year. These encompass critical municipal functions such as Municipal Auditing, Bond Counsel, Tax Counsel, Labor Counsel, various Special Redevelopment and Environmental Legal and Planning Services, Architectural Services, Financial Advisory, General Consulting Engineering, General Planning, Surveying, Risk Management, Sewer/Wastewater Consulting Engineering, Realtor services for Commercial/Residential properties, Appraisal Services, Professional Real Estate Title Services, and Construction Management Administration for capital improvement and redevelopment projects.
