Appraiser Services

The City of Orange Township is seeking qualifications from qualified individuals and firms to serve as Real Estate Appraiser/Consultant, including the defense of tax appeals. The selected individual or firm will be approved as a Municipal Tax Appeal Real Estate Appraiser/Consultant based on an annual amount not to exceed $15,000.00. The period of qualification is from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024. Respondents must submit an original and two copies of their Qualification Statement, adhering strictly to the instructions outlined in the RFQ. Qualification Statements must have been received no later than 11:00 a.m. on November 9, 2023, by mail or hand-delivery. Faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, if necessary, or to waive any informalities in submissions and to accept any item, items or services in the submissions that are in the best interest of the City. Respondents are required to submit several documents, including an executive summary, letter of qualification, and letter of intent, along with administrative and professional information as detailed in the RFQ. The City Attorney will review and evaluate Qualification Statements. Communication regarding the RFQ process must be directed in writing to the Designated Contact Person, Gracia Robert Montilus, City Attorney.
