Auditing Services 2025 - RFP

The City of Orange is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide auditing/consultant services. The selected firm will conduct an audit of the City's individual funds and account groups, including annual audits of departments and agencies, single audits to satisfy federal requirements, reviews of the annual budget and financial statements, and audits of deferred compensation plans, municipal court funds, and community development grants. Proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications, experience, knowledge of the City, and cost analysis. The contract term is from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025, and the submission deadline is January 29, 2025, at 11:00 AM.
