Cloud hosting

The City of Orange Township is seeking bids from qualified firms to upgrade and replace the City’s municipal servers by migrating to a cloud-hosted solution. The project encompasses several service areas, including cloud hosting a minimum of 12 servers, data backup and maintenance, hosting the city’s email and data files, creating and monitoring a Microsoft Exchange Email server, system security, data recovery, and 24x7 technical support. Bidders can respond to provide services for any or all of the specified areas. This also includes desktop support services and the installation of new network computer/data/voice lines. Proposals must include detailed plans, solutions, and costs, and must be submitted in five hard copies and one digital copy. All solutions must have enhanced security, including protection against cloud-based virus and malware attacks, and be safe-guarded behind an enterprise-level content management firewall. Remote hosting must be provided in a Tier III Certified Data Center with biometric screening, digital video surveillance and 24 x 7 x 365 on-site guard staff. The deadline for submissions is November 8, 2022, at 11:00 am prevailing local time. Responses must be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging as “Cloud Hosting of all Orange Servers, Backup, Maintenance and Management Solutions.” Complete responses, questions, and/or clarifications regarding this bid should be directed by email to Adrian O.
