Finance, Admin, Water & Sewer and Parking Utility Consultant

The City of Orange Township is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide Finance, Administration, Water and Sewer, and Parking Utility Consultant Services. The selected consultant will assist the Finance Department and Administration with tasks such as Local Finance Board applications and presentations, analysis of the City’s Water and Sewer Utility and Parking Utility (including rate studies), report generation, and testifying in arbitration hearings. Additional responsibilities include reviewing Bond Anticipation Note POS, Bond POS, capital budget analysis, annual debt statements, annual financial statements, CAP waivers, levy CAP and RUT calculations review, pension compliance issues, Municipal Qualified Bond Act calculations, and grant analysis. Proposals are due by January 27, 2026, at 11:00 AM and must be submitted via mail or hand delivery to the Finance Department.
