Financial Advisor 2026

The City of Orange Township is seeking submissions from qualified individuals and firms to provide specialized financial advisory services. The selected advisor(s) will assist the city's Chief Financial Officer with tasks such as debt structure review, bond/note financing, developing financing timetables, and coordinating with the financing team and bond counsel. They will also monitor the market, provide investment strategies for bond proceeds and debt reserve funds, and provide redevelopment financial consulting services as needed. The contract term is from March 1, 2026, through February 28, 2027, and submissions are due by February 4, 2026, at 11:00 A.M.
