Litigation Defense Counsel, Workers Compensation Counsel & Special Conflict Counsel

The City of Orange Township is seeking qualifications from individuals and firms to provide Litigation/Defense Counsel Services, Worker’s Compensation Counsel Services, and Special Conflict Counsel Services for the period of January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The City intends to establish a pool of attorneys to provide legal services as needed, coordinated through the City’s Third-Party Insurance Administrator. Attorneys will be compensated at an hourly rate of $150.00. Key requirements include demonstrating expertise in providing professional legal services, proven litigation experience, and the ability to meet administrative and financial qualifications.
