Municipal Bond Counsel Services

The City of Orange Township is seeking qualification statements from qualified individuals to provide Bond Counsel Services for the period of January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. The City intends to establish a pool of attorneys available to provide legal services as needed during the contract term. Attorneys will be chosen based on an hourly rate not to exceed $150.00. Bond Counsel responsibilities include preparing bond ordinances, reviewing public finance resolutions, and preparing bond and tax anticipation notes and general obligation bonds. The submission deadline is December 5, 2024, at 1:00 PM.
