NTB - 2026 Water & Sewer Emergency Repairs

The City of Orange Township is seeking sealed bids for 2026 On-Call Emergency Repair services for Water, Sanitary, and Storm Sewer systems. Prospective bidders must obtain bid forms, contracts, and specifications from Remington & Vernick Engineers for a non-refundable fee of $50.00. Bids will be received, opened, and read aloud on Thursday, May 21st, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the City of Orange Township Council Chambers. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond of at least ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, not to exceed $20,000.00, along with a surety company letter for a completion bond. The City reserves the right to review bids for sixty (60) days and reject or waive any informalities as deemed in the best interest of the City. Bidders must comply with various New Jersey statutes regarding affirmative action, prevailing wage, public works contractor registration, and business registration.
