Professional Budget Consultant 2024

The City of Orange Township, New Jersey is seeking Qualification Statements from individuals and/or firms to provide professional budgetary consulting services for the 2024 calendar year. Interested parties must demonstrate the necessary experience and capabilities to perform independent audits of municipalities, possess licenses as both a Certified Public Accountant and Registered Municipal Accountant in New Jersey. The qualified firm will be retained to render opinions on the City's financial affairs from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024. Responses to the RFQ must be submitted in sealed envelopes, clearly marked “RFQ – 2024 Professional Budget Consulting Services”. All responses must be received no later than 1:00 PM on January 18, 2024. Submissions should be hand-delivered or sent via mail or courier to the City of Orange Township Department of Law. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and will not accept submissions via fax or email.
