Redevelopment Counsel Services - 2024

The City of Orange Township is seeking qualification statements from respondents with expertise in providing professional legal services for Redevelopment projects. Redevelopment Counsel Services will work closely with the Law Department, the Department of Administration, and the City’s Chief Financial Officer. The services include preparing, reviewing, and providing opinions on redevelopment ordinances related to capital projects, attending meetings, and providing other specialized legal services. Qualification Statements must be received by November 9, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., and must be mailed or hand-delivered; submissions by facsimile or e-mail will not be accepted.
