Redevelopment Counsel Services -2025

The City of Orange Township is seeking qualification statements from qualified individuals or firms to provide Redevelopment Counsel Services for the period of January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. The selected counsel will provide legal support to the Law Department and work closely with various city departments, including reviewing redevelopment ordinances and attending meetings. Compensation will be based on an hourly rate, not to exceed $150.00, or a transactional fee for services related to the issuance of temporary or permanent obligations. Services that do not lead to bond issuance will be compensated on an hourly basis.
