Redevelopment Counsel Services -2026

The City of Orange Township is seeking qualification statements from qualified individuals or firms to provide Redevelopment Counsel Services for the period of January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026. The selected counsel will work closely with the Law Department, the Department of Administration, and the City's Chief Financial Officer, providing services such as reviewing redevelopment ordinances and attending meetings. Compensation will be based on an hourly rate not to exceed $150.00, a transactional fee for services related to temporary or permanent obligations, or a 'not to exceed' amount for other services.
