Request for Qualifications - Bond Counsel Services.(2024) revised

The City of Orange Township is seeking Qualification Statements from individuals or firms to provide Bond Counsel Services. The city aims to establish a pool of qualified attorneys available to provide legal services as needed during the contract term, from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024. The scope of services includes preparing and reviewing bond ordinances, public finance resolutions, bond anticipation notes, and general obligation bonds. The selected attorney's compensation will be based on an hourly rate not to exceed $150.00 and a sum not to exceed a specified amount, and transactional fees for issuance of temporary and/or permanent obligations.
