Public Bid Notices

The Township of Delran is issuing a "Notice to Bidders" for three distinct public works projects. These include the "Pancoast Boulevard Improvements" project, which involves roadway resurfacing, sidewalk and curb installation, and drainage improvements. Additionally, bids are being sought for the "Summer Hill Park Baseball Field" project, encompassing the removal and replacement of the existing baseball field, including fencing, irrigation, and sodding. The third project, "Summer Hill Park Hockey Rink Improvements," focuses on installing a new athletic surface for the hockey rink and includes provisions for pickleball courts. All bids are due by May 19, 2026, with specific times allocated for each project. Key submission requirements include a certified check or bid bond of at least ten percent of the bid amount, a Certificate of Experience, and a Certificate of Equipment. Bidders must also provide a consent of surety. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
