INFORMATION AND REGULATIONS 
 
All Garage / Yard / Sidewalk sales shall be conducted between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and sunset 
 
There shall be a limit of 4 permits per year for each residential and or commercial use.  Each permit shall 
be issued for a maximum of 3 days and rain dates must be specified.   
At No Time shall the Garage / Yard / Sidewalk sales obstruct pedestrian or vehicular traffic.  The Permit 
must be prominently displayed on the premises upon which the event is being conducted for the entire 
period of the event.   Advertisement of a sale event shall be permitted as follows:  4 signs @ 2 Sq. ft. each.  
The signs must be installed properly so as NOT to obstruct traffic vision or pattern.  The signs must be 
removed within 24 hours after the last day of the event.
