To: All Land use Board Applicant:
Please be advised that Eagleswood Township has an ordinance regarding an Environmental
Impact Study (EIS).
This Eagleswood Code affects all use variances, major subdivisions, and site plans. Therefore,
this now applies to your application and must be submitted prior to your hearing.
Your EIS statement or waiver request must be submitted in writing to the Environmental
Commission as well as the Land Use Board with your Land Use Board application.
Please submit nine (9) copies of the EIS statement or EIS waiver request with your Land Use
Board application to be reviewed by the Environmental Commission.
The Environmental Commission will advise and give their recommendations to the Land Use
Board.
The Environmental Commission meets the fourth (4th) Tuesday of each month at 7:00PM. If you
personally plan to appear or have representation at the meeting, please let us know when you
file your EIS statement or waiver request. You will be scheduled accordingly on the
Environmental Commission Agenda.
