SOLICITATION OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR VARIOUS PROFESSIONALS FOR
APPOINTMENT FROM JANUARY 1, 2021 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2021
AND SPECIAL PROJECTS ON A PROJECT-BY-PROJECT BASIS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed submissions will be received by the Township Clerk, or designated
representative, for the Township of East Brunswick, on Tuesday, December 15, 2020, 11:00 AM prevailing time, in the
Large Conference Room, Municipal Building, One Jean Walling Civic Center Drive, East Brunswick NJ 08816, then opened
and reviewed for completeness for the following:

Standardized submission requirements and selection criteria are on file and available in the Township Clerk’s office, One
Jean Walling Civic Center Drive, East Brunswick NJ 08816 or on the Township’s official website www.eastbrunswick.org
in the Request for Qualifications\Proposals section.
All professional service contractors are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business
Registration of Public Contractors), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. (Contract Compliance and Equal
Employment Opportunities in Public Contracts).
Submissions by Corporations and Partnerships shall include a completed Disclosure of Ownership from N.J.S.A. 52:25-
24.2 and shall include a completed Non-Collusion Affidavit.
The Township reserves the right to reject any and all submissions due to any defects or waive informalities and accept any
submissions that in their judgement will be in the best interest of the Township.
