2023 RFQ's for Various Professional Services

The Township of East Brunswick is soliciting Qualification Statements for various professional services for the year 2023. The RFQ process allows interested persons and/or firms to submit qualifications for assisting the Township with services, including Appraisal, Architectural, Auditing, Engineering, Legal, Planning, Public Defender, Prosecutor, and Redevelopment consulting. Qualification Statements should demonstrate professional, financial, and administrative capabilities and adherence to Township terms and conditions, providing the greatest benefit to taxpayers. The selection process adheres to the New Jersey Local Unit Pay-to-Play Law. Instructions and qualification documents are available on the Township website or can be requested from the Township Clerk’s Office. Qualification Statements must be submitted by mail or hand delivery; facsimile or email submissions are not permitted. The deadline for submission is November 23, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. The Township intends to award contracts for these services at its first regular Council Meeting in January 2023, with contracts running through December 31, 2023.
