Historic Building Plaster Repair

The Township of East Brunswick is seeking quotations for historic building plaster repair of the ceiling in the East Brunswick Museum. The ceiling is approximately 4,000 square feet in size. Contractors must have experience providing plaster repair services to two or more historic buildings and must provide a list of such buildings with contact information. The project start date must be no later than July 1, 2020, with completion required within 30 calendar days from the start date. Quotes were due to the Township's Designated Contact Person, Nennette Perry, Municipal Clerk, via email, mail or hand delivery, by June 3, 2020, at 11:00 A.M. Late submissions will not be considered. The Township will evaluate quotations based on price and other factors, including experience, technical expertise, knowledge of the Township, availability, and creative vision.
