Notice - 2025 RFQs for Various Professional Services

The Township of East Brunswick is soliciting Qualification Statements from interested persons and/or firms for various professional services for the year 2025. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify individuals and firms with the professional, financial, and administrative capabilities to assist the Township, ensuring the greatest benefit to taxpayers. The Township is seeking services for a wide array of professional roles, including appraisal services, architectural services, township auditor, engineering services, legal services, professional planners, public defender, prosecutor, and redevelopment financial consultant. Interested parties must submit a Qualification Statement in accordance with the outlined procedure and schedule, with instructions and qualification documents available on the Township's website or through the Township Clerk’s Office. The RFQ process is structured to provide equal opportunity for all interested parties to submit a Qualification Statement. The selection process will consider factors such as experience, reputation, knowledge of the subject matter, and availability. Qualification Statements must be received by December 6, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. by mail or hand delivery to the Township Clerk's Office. Qualification Statements will not be accepted via facsimile or email. The Township intends to award contracts for these services at its first Reorganization Council Meeting in January, with the contract term running from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. Respondents are required to submit a separate qualification statement for each professional service of interest. Completed Qualification Statements must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the Respondent, and the name of the specific professional service of interest, addressed to the Township of East Brunswick. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all submissions due to defects or waive informalities and accept submissions that, in their judgment, will be in the best interest of the Township.
