Notice to Bidders - 2024 Water & Wastewater Materials

The Township of East Brunswick is seeking bids for 2024 Water & Wastewater Materials. The bid opening is scheduled for April 17, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. in the Large Conference Room at the Municipal Building. Bid documents are available at the Division of Human Resources, Budget & Purchasing during regular business hours. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked appropriately with the bidder's name, address, and bid title. Late bids will be returned unopened. Bidders must submit a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, not exceeding $20,000. If applicable, a Consent of Surety is required to furnish a performance bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Written questions regarding the bid specifications must be submitted via email to purchasing@eastbrunswick.org UNLOCK no later than five (5) business days prior to the bid opening date.
