Critical infrastructure upgrades involve metal re-painting, enhancement of site lighting and electrical systems, and significant landscape work, including the installation of sod and turf restoration, alongside the integration of various new site amenities as detailed in the official plan documents. Key project components also include a substantial 400 linear feet of reinforced concrete seat wall and 1,100 square yards of topsoil spreading.
