Notice to Bidders: Installation of Pump 'A' Motor & Drive

The Township of East Brunswick is seeking bids for the installation of a Pump 'A' Motor & Drive. Bidders must submit sealed bids to the Municipal Clerk by November 26, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. Bid documents are available at the Division of Human Resources, Budget & Purchasing and must include a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, not exceeding $20,000. If applicable, bidders must submit a Consent of Surety agreeing to furnish a performance bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the full contract amount. Specifications and other bid information can be obtained from the Division of Human Resources during regular business hours or via written request by email. Written questions must be submitted at least five business days before the bid opening date.
