Notice to Bidders - New 2023 Ford F-150 Lightning Pro Vehicle

The Township of East Brunswick is soliciting bids for a new 2023 Ford F-150 Lightning Pro Vehicle. Bids must be submitted to the Municipal Clerk at the East Brunswick Municipal Building. Bid documents are available at the Division of Human Resources, Budget & Purchasing during regular business hours. Questions regarding the bid specifications must be submitted in writing via email to purchasing@eastbrunswick.org UNLOCK no later than five business days prior to the bid opening date. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked appropriately with the bidder's name and address, and the title of the bid. A certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid (not exceeding $20,000) is required. A Consent of Surety must be submitted with the bid agreeing to furnish a performance bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the full amount of the contract if the Bidder is awarded the contract. The bid opening date is October 2, 2024, at 10:00 A.M.
