Notice to Bidders: New East Brunswick Ice Rink Facility Project

The Township of East Brunswick is seeking bids for the New East Brunswick Ice Rink Facility Project. The project involves the construction of a new 83,900 square feet ice rink facility housing two ice rinks, lockers, bleachers, second floor viewing areas, storage rooms, front of house spaces, and back of house services and spaces. A separate bid will be advertised for the “Ice Related Work”. The contract duration is eighteen (18) months from the issuance of a Notice to Proceed. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting was held on May 23, 2024. The bid submission deadline is July 16, 2024, at 11:00 AM. Hard copy bids are required; electronic submissions are not accepted.
