Notice to Bidders - Purchase of a New 2024 Ford E-Transit Cardo Van T-350 148" High Roof 9,500 GVWR

The Township of East Brunswick is soliciting bids for the purchase of a new 2024 Ford E-Transit Cargo Van T-350 148" High Roof 9,500 GVWR RWD. Bids must be submitted to the Municipal Clerk in the Large Conference Room at the Municipal Building. Bidders are required to submit a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, but not exceeding $20,000. If applicable, bidders must also submit a Consent of Surety with the bid, wherein the Surety agrees to furnish a performance bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the full amount of the contract if the Bidder is awarded the contract. Written questions must be received no later than five business days prior to the bid opening date. Bid documents are available in the Division of Human Resources, Budget & Purchasing during business hours. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked with the bidder's name, address, and the bid title. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any minor irregularities or technicalities. The bid opening date is October 2, 2024, at 10:30 A.M.
