Operation of the Food & Beverage Concession at the East Brunswick Ice Arena

The Township of East Brunswick is seeking proposals for the operation of the food and beverage concession at the East Brunswick Ice Arena. Proposals must be submitted to the Municipal Clerk by August 27, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. RFP responses must be made on the standard proposal forms included with the specifications and delivered in sealed envelopes, clearly marked on the outside with the RFP title name, bearing the name and address of the respondent on the outside and addressed to the Township of East Brunswick Municipal Clerk, at 1 Civic Center Drive, East Brunswick, New Jersey 08816.
